Job Description:
* We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to assist with the execution of our organization's Quality Assurance program.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring reporting efficiency, carrying out audits, completing reports and action plans within timescales, identifying shortfalls in practice or policy compliance across services, escalating breaches or safeguarding concerns as necessary, supporting policy development and analysis of data as requested by senior management.
