It is made up of a small team based in a production kitchen in Park West producing the finest handmade chocolate.Working Hours & LocationOn site in Park West, Dublin on Monday to Friday, 9:30 to Hours may vary slightly during seasonal periods).This is a full time position in a food production role.Daily TasksAssisting with the production of chocolate and confectionery in Park West location e.g. fresh chocolate ganache, marshmallows, seasonal itemsPreparing orders for retail & wholesale customersAssisting with lab upkeep and maintaining a clean and tidy working environmentAssisting with production records & paperworkDesirable QualitiesAttention to detailEnthusiastic & hardworkingWorks well in a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills Good timekeeping skillsKitchen experience a plusInterested in food and a willingness to learn
