We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic AIM Support to join our dynamic team in providing a nurturing environment for children in their Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) hours.
As part of the AIM (Access and Inclusion Model) program, you will work closely with children, supporting their individual needs to ensure they have a positive, inclusive, and enriching preschool experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group support to children as outlined in the AIM guidelines.
Assist in fostering an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Collaborate with the ECCE team to implement developmentally appropriate activities.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Support children's physical, emotional, and social development.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Level 5 early childhood education.
Warm, patient, and supportive attitude.
Commitment to inclusion and understanding of diverse needs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
