The Role
* A minimum of 2+ years' experience as a Sous Chef is essential for this position.
* You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
* Managing a busy kitchen and team, while working effectively within a team and independently, is crucial.
* Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends, is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Organize and run services efficiently, ensuring seamless operations.
* Manage the culinary team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality ingredients.
* Maintain adherence to health and safety protocols and regulatory standards.
About the Opportunity
* Competitive salary ranging from €45,000 to €55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
