About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Analyzing product feature requests and designing effective solutions

* Participating in code reviews and architecture discussions to ensure technical excellence and knowledge sharing
* Collaborating with the Product team to shape features that meet user needs, delivering valuable, feasible, and user-centric solutions
* Working closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure project vision is delivered successfully
* Mentoring junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
Requirements
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, preferably with a focus on SaaS solutions
* Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem, with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
* Experience with CI/CD processes, agile methodologies, and cloud environments (AWS)
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and analytically
