Cloudera is looking for a Benefits Analyst to assist with the implementation, delivery, and administration of benefits programs in the EMEA region.
The Benefits Analyst collaborates with vendors and internal stakeholders to effectively administer Cloudera’s benefit programs. This includes planning, developing, and executing employee benefit communications and wellness/education events. A successful candidate brings strong analytical and communication skills to provide an exceptional benefits experience to employees.
As a Benefits Analyst, you will:
Perform various tasks and projects to support the benefits function in EMEA and globally
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision
Be highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of meeting deadlines, and managing several projects simultaneously
Effectively research and respond to employee benefits inquiries and escalations with diplomacy and professionalism
Use strong communication skills through effective written, interpersonal, and verbal interactions
Ensure company compliance with regional legislation and government regulations
We’re excited about you if you have:
Knowledge of key benefits areas, including health, risk, and pension programs
1-3 years of experience working as a Benefits Analyst or Coordinator
Excellent analytical skills, including experience with Workday and other reports and censuses to timely and accurately assist with vendor renewals and quotations
Familiarity with Google Suites (Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Slides) or proficiency in MS Suite specifically creating Word documents and Excel for data management and analysis
