The initial focus will be on the Irish and UK markets, with a clear opportunity to grow into a broader EMEA-facing role as we continue our rapid expansion.This is a hunter role where you will serve as the first dedicated Business Development Director in the company. Ideal candidates are those who excel at opening doors, establishing relationships from scratch, and closing high-value, consultative deals. While you will receive support from the CEO and senior leadership team, success in this role hinges on your ability to take initiative, build a pipeline, and collaborate effectively to secure wins.LocationThis is a full-time work from home position.
