Projects: Large-scale Residential developments
Location: Dublin
Duration: Permanent, with long-term projects
Your role as Construction Project Manager:
1. Oversee works on site to ensure they are compliant with Company standards, timelines & budgets
2. Work closely with Commercial and Design teams to execute project plans
3. Manage and build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and external parties, including local authorities
4. Meet regularly with stakeholders to review project progression
5. Work along project phases from inception through to handover and after-sales
6. Provide technical expertise to subcontractors and site teams
7. Promote a positive culture and Health & Safety focus on site

What you'll need to be successful:
8. Degree-level education in Construction or Engineering AND/OR proven experience in similar positions
9. Experience in large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
10. Strong management, communication and negotiation skills
