We are looking for a Head Chef who is bursting with energy, fresh ideas, self motivation and "outside the box" thinking.
A fair and hard working individual who leads by example to maintain team morale and operational efficiency. Ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience of reaching & surpassing KPI's, set for weekly, monthly and annual review.
A clear understanding of and proven experience in operational finances is essential, including menu costing, budgeting, profit monitoring and rostering.
Ideal candidate must be passionate about food, flavors, immerging trends and be committed to food waste reduction.
