Clinical Data Management Opportunity
The role of a Clinical Data Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of quality and risk departments within hospitals.
* Develop data structures and programs that align with hospital accreditation standards.
* Manage clinical data capture and reporting processes to meet operational, management, and clinical audit requirements.
* Compile and publish relevant data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
* Provide training sessions on clinical data capture and system utilization.
This full-time position requires a professional background in health-related fields. A Master's degree in a related discipline is desirable, along with advanced IT qualifications and experience with database management and statistical analysis software. Proficiency in Joint Commission International (JCI) and HIQA frameworks is also advantageous.
