Our innovative Keys supports a diverse range of clients – from first time buyers and switchers to those with complex financial scenarios – ensuring tailored support at every stage of the mortgage journey. You will work with both new and existing clients, providing personalised advice and driving exceptional outcomes. Further details on our Keys service can be found at .Key Responsibilities:Deliver expert mortgage advice, clearly communicating options and guiding clients toward the most suitable mortgage solutionsConduct thorough financial assessments to evaluate clients' income and financial obligations to determine the best mortgage optionsOversee the full mortgage process, from internal preparation to application submission and provider engagement to ensure smooth and efficient progressLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients lenders and in-house mortgage administration team throughout the mortgage completion process to ensure a seamless mortgage journey from initial engagement to completionEnsuring client applications are complete and in compliance with regulations, policies and proceduresIdentify, develop and optimise mortgage & life business opportunities through internal and external client referrals and self-generated businessMaintain and manage the relevant CRM system and proactively manage the new business pipeline and referral recordsPartner with the Mortgage Manager to continuously refine and improve internal mortgage practicesSkills And Experience:3+ years of experience as a mortgage brokerQFA minimum requirementTarget driven with an excellent track recordFull understanding of the Irish regulatory landscape for mortgagesProven experience supporting customers in both a proactive and reactive environment to ensure mortgage applications are successfulDemonstrated success in converting applications to completionsExceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to deliver information with clarityStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersExcellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset, ensuring thorough and accurate assessmentsWhy work with us:Excellent remuneration package and competitive bonus structureHybrid, flexible working model (4 days from home / 1 day in office)25 days annual leaveEmployer pension contributions up to 10%Income Protection / Death In ServiceRecognised as a Great Place to Work 2024/2025 and a Best Workplace 2025
