Field Service Technician Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Field Service Technician to be the hands-on problem-solver for our gaming and IT systems.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced technical professional who can install, configure, and maintain gaming machines, computer systems, and AV equipment. As a Field Service Technician you will diagnose and resolve technical issues including hardware faults (PCBs, wiring, power supplies) and software problems (OS, applications).
You will perform component-level electronics repair including soldering on circuit boards. Providing clear technical support is also part of your role.
About You:
To succeed in this role you need to have strong diagnostic skills in both hardware and software as well as proficiency in soldering. A valid driving licence is required.
