Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the change management approach for the Marketplace e-commerce programme, a large-scale transformational initiative. The Change Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation is prepared, engaged, and equipped to adopt new ways of working across multiple business areas. This role will drive business impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness activities across all business areas, working closely with the Business Readiness & Change Manager and the Business Readiness PM to deliver a smooth transition to the new e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
* Support development and execution of a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the Marketplace programme.
* Conduct business impact assessments across key business areas, including B2B, Commercial, Legal & Regulatory, Channels, Finance and go-to-market teams.
* Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and readiness planning to drive awareness and adoption.
* Design and deliver interventions, including leadership alignment, change agent networks, workshops, and engagement activities.
* Collaborate closely with the Business Readiness Change Manager and Business Readiness PM to ensure alignment of change and readiness deliverables.
* Track and report on change progress, stakeholder readiness, adoption, and manage resistance.
* Provide input into training design, go-live planning, and post implementation support.
Key skills and experience
* Proven experience as a Change Manager on large-scale transformation programmes.
* Strong expertise in change management methodologies, tools and best practices desired.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
* Ability to work across complex, cross-functional programmes with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience in e-commerce, digital or technology driven programmes is an advantage.
* Change management certification is desired but not essential.
