Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Optimize tool performance to meet or exceed productivity, yield, and downtime targets.
2. Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve production problems to ensure continuous improvement.
3. Assume ownership of equipment performance (OEE) across departments and drive lean manufacturing initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
4. Develop and enhance maintenance strategies to improve overall efficiency.
5. Provide technical support to supervisors and implement sustainable solutions to address emerging issues.
6. Lead project teams in the development, validation, and implementation of new processes.
7. Ensure process capability and determine calibration requirements for tooling and test equipment.
8. Resolve quality and technical issues to minimize impact on customer product supply.
9. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
10. Stay updated on the latest maintenance best practices to maintain high standards.
11. Compile engineering documentation for assigned projects.
