This opportunity is for candidates pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related disciplines to join the Ground Engineering Team in Dublin or Cork.
This placement offers exposure to all aspects of ground engineering and the chance to gain experience within multidisciplinary project teams.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to a wide variety of projects, in Ireland and overseas, working in both field and office environments under the supervision of senior staff.
* Plan, supervise and report on ground investigations.
* Design foundations, retaining structures, slope stability and earthworks for a range of building and infrastructure projects.
* Undertake desk studies and site walkovers.
* Groundwater modelling and well design.
* Contaminated land assessment and remediation.
* Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
* Incorporate digital tools and automation in projects.
Qualifications
* Candidates should be pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programmes in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering (or related disciplines).
