About the Role
The Deputy Manager is a pivotal member of the team, supporting the Centre Manager in operational and strategic management. This role involves leading social care professionals to deliver exceptional care to young people aged 16-17 seeking international protection.
This includes guiding and supporting team members while ensuring the voices of our service users are central to all decision-making processes. The Deputy Manager will uphold Harmonys values, policies, and child-centred approach while promoting continuous improvement compliance with regulatory standards.
* A minimum of three years experience working with children / young people
