Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives and supports employee growth, recruitment, and development.
* Lead a team of learning and development professionals and collaborate with senior leadership to drive L & D initiatives.
* Oversee the LDU's performance and effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
The post holder will play a key role in helping our employees thrive and contribute to the organization's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate employee training and learning and development.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training and learning and development programs and make improvements as needed to meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
Applicants must hold a Full Driver's Licence or be in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence. A Level 7/8 Degree in a training and development or education-related field and at least 5 years' professional experience in a training and development role within a large business are also required.
