1. Assist residents with daily activities and promote self-sufficiency through personalized support.
2. Care for the physical and emotional needs of residents while collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The Team Lead will coordinate shifts, oversee staff under their supervision, and report directly to the Person In-Charge or deputize in their absence. Additionally, they will facilitate effective communication among team members and contribute to creating a supportive work environment. Key aspects include promoting resident autonomy, ensuring timely coordination during shift changes, and fostering open collaboration within the team. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be proactive in addressing challenges faced by residents and staff alike.
