Job Summary
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to support the growth and engagement of our national membership base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date member data is maintained at all times.
* Process new and renewing memberships, including payments and issuing cards in a timely manner.
* Handle large volumes of membership data from local groups and export reports in Excel format as required.
* Respond to member queries with empathy and clarity, providing efficient solutions to their concerns.
* Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to data handling procedures.
* Support the team during peak periods, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
* Manage daily post and log payments accurately.
* Coordinate mailshot requests from external clients.
Requirements:
* Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
* Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
