Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to support project managers with the delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and coordinating daily activities with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
* Evaluate and implement improvements to project processes and outcomes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
* Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reporting.
* Identify potential issues and develop solutions to maintain project momentum.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice initiatives across projects.
Additional skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (experience with MS Project an advantage).
