Position: Cleaning Operative Supervisor- Weekend Part-Time Permanent Contract
Shift Hours: 18 weekly hours (8am - 5:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays)
Rate of Pay: €15.03 p/h + Sunday premium 33%
Provides supervision for shift cleaning operatives as per site specification, working to a high standard and observing all safety procedures on site at all times.
Key Shift Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all operatives complete their tasks as instructed.
* Complete necessary stock order sheets.
* Carry out site specific cleaning tasks in production areas as per specification supplied in site folder and instructions from Site Manager.
* Manage the correct use of cleaning equipment and chemicals as per instruction from Manager and information supplied in Material Safety Data Sheets.
* Manage the use of colour coded cleaning system correctly to avoid cross contamination.
* Observe the highest hygiene standards at all times.
* Complete appropriate site paperwork, e.g. sign in sheets, block records, toilet check sheets, incident reports etc.
* Observe correct procedures in relation to Personal Protective Clothing and Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
* Liaise with Head Supervisor, Site Manager or Health and Safety Officer around Safety issues.
* Comply with Health and Safety requirements both on client site and company premises and in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2005 (Details in Cagney Contract Cleaning staff induction pack).
* Carry out any corrective actions required as a result of Audits.
* Complete accurate shift handover reports.
Additional Experience Desirable But Full Training Will Be Provided.
Candidate is required to have a fluency in the English language.
