This role will co-ordinate the distribution of products across Ireland from Europe. Requirements: Third Level Qualification. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience working with ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, resilient and capable of working as part of a team. Positive and proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure. Knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Plan customer shipments using our ERP system. Coordinate distribution through our transport partners across Ireland. Communicate effectively with the customer service team. Support warehouse operations, including space optimization, product presentation and packaging improvements, and coordination with third-party providers. Assist with stock control and purchase order placement. Ensure the smooth flow of relevant operational information within the organization. Review and approve transport invoices. Liaise with group companies in Spain and Portugal. Assist with order placement. Coordinate delivery schedules with customers. Support the team with general customer queries.
