Executive Team Member
As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will oversee daily operations to guarantee exceptional customer experiences and optimize operational efficiency at a busy GastroBar/Restaurant in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day activities, including front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
2. Staff Management: Foster, train, mentor, and supervise staff, create schedules to minimize labor costs, promote a positive work environment, and encourage teamwork.
3. Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service, promptly address feedback and resolve issues, monitor dining and bar areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
4. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, analyze sales reports and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth potential.
5. Marketing and Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote private dining, special events, and enhance guest engagement.
6. Facility Management: Oversee security, maintenance, and cleanliness to provide a safe and inviting environment.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in GastroBar/Restaurant management, strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, excellent leadership and communication skills.
