Job Title: Support Worker
The role of a support worker is to provide personal care, domestic assistance and social support to individuals in their own homes. This involves assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing and cooking.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with people who require care and support. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with our service users and their families. You should be able to communicate effectively and empathetically.
You will need to maintain confidentiality at all times when dealing with sensitive information about the individuals you work with.
Ideal qualifications would include QQI Level 5 or equivalent in health services or related field.
