This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategy and direction of our brand, driving awareness and growth across various channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading marketing campaigns, developing content, and collaborating with influencers to drive business results.
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
* Design and implement engaging content strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta) to captivate our target audience.
* Promote collaborations and partnerships with influencers to amplify brand reach and drive ROI.
* Analyse performance metrics and use data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands.
* Proven track record of creating impactful content and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
