Responsibilities: Assist with basic food preparation and cooking.
Support the set-up and service of food counters and stations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, equipment, and surrounds.
Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, health & safety regulations at all times.
Follow all HACCP procedures diligently.
Requirements: Proven experience working as a Chef with solid knowledge of the food industry.
Professional level of English (written and verbal).
Up-to-date Food Safety Level 2 and Manual Handling certificates.
Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
A full clean driving licence is an advantage.
