 
        
        About the Role:
This role requires a highly dedicated and professional individual to lead the Operations Management Team. The post holder will provide leadership, management, technical expertise and guidance for the safe and effective use, operation, maintenance and development of the Technical Service.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide leadership and management of the Technical Services department
 * Collaborate with Group and other Hospitals within the group structure
 * Ensure that the best possible environment and Technical Support Service is provided 24 hours a day
 * Take responsibility for the efficient management and continual improvement of Technical Services
 * Work as a member of the Operations Management Team and report to the Head of Facilities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Engineering degree or equivalent
 * 5+ years post qualification experience in a complex environment
 * Previous experience working in a hospital environment desirable
 * 3+ years experience operating at senior management level
 * Excellent communication and business acumen skills
 * Determination and ability to work under pressure
