Claims Resolution Specialist
The role involves handling claims from notification to closure within agreed service standards, obtaining optimum settlement for both the company and the customer.
* Negotiate and settle claims within authority limits.
In this position, you will have experience handling commercial property and liability claims 'from cradle to grave' along with strong verbal communication skills, negotiation experience, knowledge of insurance industry regulations. This includes understanding policy terms and conditions as well as applicable laws.
