Job Description: Trades Foreman - Apartments Or Duplexes

Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of trades workers on apartment or duplexes construction projects.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with building regulations and safety protocols.
* Manage the day-to-day operations on-site, including scheduling and overseeing subcontractors.
* Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
* Train and mentor junior trades workers.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Trades Foreman in apartment or duplex construction.
* Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant certifications or trade qualifications.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Flexibility to work on-site in Dublin, Ireland.
