Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering purchase orders and sales orders into the system.
You will also manage supplier portals, ensuring all supplier information is up-to-date. Additionally, you will liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and resolve any discrepancies.
Your responsibilities will also include monitoring inventory levels and assisting in restocking based on demand and forecasts. Furthermore, you will provide support to other team members as needed to maintain team efficiency and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar position
* Proficient with purchasing or ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
