Responsibilities
Managing user accounts, permissions and IT equipment
Coordinating IT procurement and asset registers
Supporting new hire onboarding and system setup
Working with external IT providers to resolve issues
Supporting platforms such as Procore, HammerTech, and Datto Workplace
Assisting with IT systems administration and basic cybersecurity practices
Requirements
3–5 years' experience in an IT Coordinator, IT Support or IT Administrator role
A degree or diploma in IT or related field
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks and Microsoft 365
Experience managing IT equipment, licences and user access
It is advantageous but not essential to have experience in a construction or multi-site environment, knowledge of Procore, HammerTech, Datto Workplace, Smartsheet or Wufoo and exposure to cybersecurity or workflow automation.
