Senior Consultant | Semiconductor, Automotive Tech, Embedded Systems, Software Engineering, C-Suite
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Concept Engineer to join our high-impact team in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to work on next-generation technologies that are shaping the future of Capacitive Sensing, Touch Sensing, and mixed-signal IP. If you're passionate about solving complex engineering problems and building foundational technology used globally, this role offers the challenge and reward you're looking for.
As a Concept Engineer, you will play a vital role in the definition and development of robust digital architectures. You’ll be responsible for capturing system requirements, defining digital microarchitectures, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver state-of-the-art IP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Define high-quality design specifications and system-level requirements for digital IP development.
* Architect and develop innovative microarchitectures for digital and mixed-signal designs.
* Work in close alignment with Design and Verification teams to ensure a smooth design flow and delivery.
* Partner with Software and Platform Architects to define scalable, efficient, and high-performance design solutions.
* Contribute to the technical evolution of Capacitive and Touch Sensing technologies.
Your Profile
You are a driven and detail-oriented engineer with a strong foundation in digital design, and you're looking to make a real impact by driving architectural decisions. Your background includes hands-on experience in digital design or concept development, and you have a passion for creating elegant and efficient technical solutions.
What You’ll Bring
* 6–15 years of professional experience in Digital Design or Concept Engineering roles.
* Proven track record in system-level architecture and RTL microarchitecture development.
* Deep understanding of digital signal processing (DSP) architectures (preferred).
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
