Instructors will be responsible for facilitating and guiding participants through various outdoor activities offered at the park. Daily tasks include ensuring the safety and engagement of guests, maintaining and preparing equipment, conducting safety briefings, and providing excellent customer service. Instructors will also assist in promoting a positive and energetic atmosphere to create memorable experiences for all participants.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team membersAbility to guide and manage groups in outdoor activities and provide clear safety instructionsBasic technical skills for maintaining and supervising adventure equipmentPhysical fitness and stamina to perform outdoor tasks and participate in hands-on activitiesTeamwork capabilities and enthusiasm for outdoor adventure and recreational activitiesSafety consciousness and problem-solving skills to handle challenges effectivelyExperience in outdoor education, adventure sports, or similar industries is a plusFirst Aid certification or willingness to obtain it would be beneficial
