Key Duties: Compile and deliver timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Monitor and review budgets, forecasts, and financial trends Conduct variance analysis with clear, actionable commentary Uphold adherence to internal controls, procedures, and accounting regulations Oversee capital expenditure tracking and align with funding strategies Contribute to cross-departmental projects and long-term financial planning Maintain and improve financial systems and internal control frameworks Coordinate with internal and external auditors Deliver insights and data to inform key business decisions Assist in the development of financial policies and future planning strategies Prepare reports and presentations for executive and board-level review Track performance against key financial metrics Candidate Profile: Recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) At least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience Solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting systems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organised with strong project coordination skills A competitive benefits package is available for the successful candidate.
