Operations Manager (ROI & Northern Ireland)
Multi-site Dental Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee five dental practices across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (3 ROI / 2 NI).
This is a regional, field-based leadership role focused on operational excellence, people leadership, compliance and financial performance, with a strong emphasis on supporting and developing practice teams.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will:
* Lead day-to-day operational performance across all practices
* Drive efficiency, patient flow, diary utilisation and service standards
* Use KPIs and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
* Support delivery of the regional operational strategy and financial targets
* Act as a visible, supportive leader within practices
You will also hold direct people management responsibility for the ROI practices, including recruitment, performance management, rotas, absence management and team development.
You will bring:
* Proven operational management experience (ideally dental or healthcare)
* Strong people leadership and coaching capability
* Confidence working with KPIs, budgets and performance data
* Knowledge of compliance and regulated environments
* Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
* Willingness to travel across ROI and Northern Ireland
