Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and motivated Registered Nurses I to join our Cardiac Center. These positions are ideal for recent nursing graduates or RNs with limited experience who are eager to develop their skills in cardiac care. The successful candidates will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support the overall operations of the cardiac unit.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver comprehensive nursing care to cardiac patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.
2. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
3. Educate patients and their families about heart conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.
5. Participate in continuous education and training programs to stay current with the latest advancements in cardiac nursing.
6. Assist in emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions as necessary.
7. Support the Cardiac Center's quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in patient care.
Qualifications:
1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
