Senior AI & ML Engineer – Greenfield Opportunity
Pay: up to €700 per day. Long‑term contract, minimum 2‑year project.
About the role
A global leading specialty insurance and reinsurance company is setting up an entirely new team specifically to explore next‑generation AI‑native insurance operating models.
This is a unique, emerging role sitting at the intersection of insurance operations and agentic AI, perfect for someone who wants to own meaningful parts of the data platform end‑to‑end.
You will use first‑class technology to accelerate data engineering work, and you’ll be the quality bar on everything that is developed.

Build and lead a brand‑new AI team, roadmap, and operating model from scratch
Design and build cutting‑edge single and multi‑agent AI systems, including RAG and retrieval solutions
Own key LLM and architecture decisions across modern AI platforms and tools
You will
Build and manage black‑to‑AI agents, where each agent is responsible for specific tasks within a coordinated workflow
Implement the underlying business logic and actively contribute to programming of agent‑based systemsDesign LLM‑driven components using fine‑tuning
Skills & experience
8+ years in ML Engineering
3+ years of experience with LLMs
Implementing business logic into agents
