Job Title: Payroll Specialist
About the Position:
As a crucial member of our HR Shared Services Team EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless payroll processing across various EMEA regions.
You'll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support payroll operations, streamline processes, and contribute to a superior employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage payrolls across multiple EMEA countries, including the UK and Italy
* Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence, Finance, and third-party vendors
* Involvement in project management, audit activities, and company integration
* Exposure to payroll governance and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in UK payroll processing
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Office
* Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships
* European language skills are a plus, but not required
