Responsibilities
Lead and manage the delivery of large, complex water and wastewater projects from concept to commissioning.
Set and maintain high standards for design quality, ensuring compliance with Irish water sector standards and regulations.
Lead multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to drive project success.
Influence and engage stakeholders, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Apply innovative delivery models and digital design tools to optimise project outcomes.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Chartered status is often desirable).
Knowledge of Irish water sector standards and regulations.
Proven experience in design management for large‑scale infrastructure projects, preferably in water/wastewater.
Strong technical background in civil, mechanical or environmental engineering.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams and manage complex project delivery.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Familiarity with innovative delivery models and digital design tools.
