About the Role
As a Finish Foreman, you will oversee the completion of high-end residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* C coordinate and direct the work of various tradespeople, including joiners, plasterers, painters, tilers, floorers, and fit-out specialists.
* E nsure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and on schedule.
* R ead, interpret, and implement technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
* M onitor progress, report to senior management, and maintain accurate records.
* C ordinate subcontractors and suppliers efficiently to ensure seamless project delivery.
* E nforce strict health and safety protocols on site to minimize risks.
* R esolve any issues that may arise during the project to prevent delays.
* D evelop and mentor junior team members to enhance productivity and quality.
