We are seeking a proactive Framework Manager to join our team in Kildare.
Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Environmental:
Implement, monitor, and audit company HS&E policies and improvement action plans.
Ensure all incidents are reported, investigated, and resolved.
Regularly review performance and safety requirements, implementing improvements as needed.
Policy & Strategy:
Operate in line with company policies and strategies while proactively promoting local improvements.
Lead submission and settlement of tender and prequalification bids to secure new work on the Framework.
Manage business risks effectively throughout all activities.
Resource & Design Management:
Ensure design resources meet workload requirements and designs are delivered efficiently.
Identify innovative and cost-effective solutions during the design phase.
Apply supply chain management principles to maximize efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development:
Encourage team ownership of Framework objectives and business improvement initiatives.
Define clear roles and responsibilities, holding team members accountable.
Foster team spirit through appropriate leadership, behavior, and team-building activities.
Operational Performance:
Reduce costs, maximize value, and enhance project profitability.
Ensure effective planning and risk management across all projects.
Set clear performance targets, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly.
Use project programming as a key management tool and minimize waste in all activities.
Financial Performance:
Prepare and manage project commercial reports alongside the commercial team.
Maintain ownership of financial project forecasts, controls, and cash flows with regular reporting.
Ensure all entitlements are identified, billed, and collected.
Business Improvement:
Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and measure performance against KPIs.
Conduct interim and post-contract reviews internally and with customers.
Customer Satisfaction:
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Resolve potential issues proactively and demonstrate the company's added value to clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a framework management or similar leadership role is preferred.
Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Experience in change management and driving operational improvements.
IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to lead by example and foster team development.
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and suppliers.

Pay: €68,546.67-€104,846.89 per year
