Role:
To ensure the efficient daily operation of the WBC Plumbing, through professional interactions with customers in person/ by phone/ email.
Role responsibilities include completing Sales activities such as, completing quotes, orders, and invoices, whilst providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
First point of contact with trade customers.
Build positive, friendly relationships with all customers cash sales/ team ledger.
To foster and practice the Company principle of excellent customer service at all times in relation to all customers.
Constant communication with Manager regarding customer accounts, highlighting product range, price variations, anecdotal information etc., so that a proactive approach can be utilised in fostering future sales and best customer relationship management.
Liaise with and support external Sales Reps, by providing timely and accurate information.
Maintain lines of communication with Logistics officer to ensure service matches customer expectations.
Provide information to customers relating to products, orders, deliveries, invoices.
Accurate and timely pricing of invoices to ensure prompt deliver to customer.
To participate fully in all training and personal development initiatives as required by the Company.
