Plan, prioritize, and manage engineering projects.Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.Lead project validation activities for automated production lines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Develop and implement validation protocols, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDD), User Requirement Specifications (URS), test scripts and Critical Quality Attributes (CQA)Select and manage contractor activities to ensure integration into the project and satisfactory service standards.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, quality assurance and suppliers to ensure smooth transition of production lines from development to full-scale manufacturing. This includes overseeing the transfer of technology, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality.Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status.Drive achievement for own projects and those they support.Facilitate the sharing of best practices and project successes across the organization.Facilitate communications and change management for key programs and projects.Perform any other tasks/projects as assigned by the manager.Basic Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in engineering, automation, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in validation of automated production lines or a similar role.
