Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a
Junior Project Manager
for our midlands based projects.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, working on projects in sectors such as Pharma, Life Sciences, Data Centres, or Industrial, and a strong knowledge of fit-out's on similar projects.
* Experienced construction professional that can lead a team of engineers.
* Essential to have internal fit out experience, ideally clean room construction but this is not essential.
* Familiar with BcAR and QA/QC procedures.
* Experience liaising with Design teams is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Project Manager and wider team by providing technical advice on the project
* Liaise daily with the project team, design team, and subcontractors
* Perform technical verification of civil engineering designs, models, and drawings
* Implement QA procedures, including concrete pre- and post-pour checks, RFIs, and resolution of technical issues
* Assist in maintaining and monitoring safe working practices on site
* Monitor and record materials, plant, and logistics
* Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports
Requirements
* Relevant third-level degree
* 6+ years' experience in a similar role
* Previous experience with a main contractor, ideally Pharma/MedTech/Industrial projects
* Project experience: BCar, Design, Client meetings, Quality, Technical
* Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office
