The Regional Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategy and execution for Monster Energy, BPM, and Reign Storm across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The role is responsible for driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and sales performance while ensuring consistent brand execution across all channels.

The Role:
Develop and lead the long-term marketing strategy and annual activity plans across events, digital, and sampling for Monster, BPM, and Reign Storm
Drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and sales performance across ROI and NI
Act as brand guardian, ensuring all campaigns, content, POS, and activations align with brand identity and tone of voice
Lead key brand partnerships from identification and negotiation through to execution
Manage annual planning, budgets, reporting, and KPI tracking across all brands
Collaborate closely with commercial teams, bottling partners, agencies, and cross-functional departments
Lead and develop a team of two, while supporting future team and activity growth
Oversee high-quality delivery across communications, digital, content, and live events
About You:
6+ years’ marketing or brand management experience within FMCG or lifestyle-led brands
Strong strategic and creative thinker with excellent campaign execution experience
Good understanding of the ROI and NI markets and cross-channel marketing
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
Experience managing agencies, partnerships, budgets, and marketing performance reporting
Passionate about culture, brands, and consumer engagement
Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded approachWillingness to travel and support weekend brand activations when required
