Facilities Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of soft services and front-of-house operations across multiple offices.
* Manage day-to-day operations, including facilities management and maintenance contracts.
* Oversee Soft Services: Reception, Security, Alarm Monitoring, Waste, Pest Control, Cleaning, Plant Maintenance, and Window Cleaning.
* Review Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports and address recommendations.
* Project manage contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Support event setup and visitor bookings.

Requirements:
* Proven experience managing Soft Services in multi-site facilities.

* Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities contract management (Soft Services).
