We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in Ireland.
* Develop a thorough understanding of the company's business model and associated corporate support services.
* Collaborate with the Director, Corporate Counsel for Europe and the wider European and Global legal team to provide all required legal services to the Irish business and sites.
* Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of contracts, including commercial contracts, procurement of goods and services.
The successful candidate will report to the Director, Corporate Counsel for Europe who is based in Ireland and provide expert advice on legal and compliance issues for our business in Ireland.
