We are seeking a skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team based out of Dublin. This role will report directly into the Group Revenue Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy for hotels, managing day-to-day yield operations.
* Pursue competitive benchmark studies and monitor market trends for each hotel.
* Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, crew, groups) for each hotel.
Skill Requirements:
Business Development DNA and commercial acumen.
Strong analytical and numeric skills for fast data analysis.
Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
Effective relationship-building with 3rd parties and hospitality teams
Prioritize between revenue-generating actions and time-consuming tasks with low impact,
