Job Title: MES Engineer
Cognizant is looking for a dedicated MES Engineer to join our team in Dublin. We offer a full-time role with a generous salary and benefits package.
* Maintain the incident queue in Service Now and manage day-to-day issues related to Electronic Batch Records, Weigh and Dispense, and Equipment Management modules on our Emerson Syncade MES solution.
* Initiate and implement change control activities in accordance with quality standards and practices.
* Investigate and troubleshoot problems, determine solutions or recommendations for changes and/or improvements, and prioritize support activities in line with project schedules.
