Monaghan Ref: S11944 Recruitment Plus on behalf of our successful engineering client are seeking a marketing / sales professional to join the team.
This role will support the engineering sales team, dealing with marketing, sales, after care and warranty support while also attending trade events and customer site visits.
The successful candidate will benefit from working alongside an experienced team and learning about manufacturing / engineering / technical sales.
Requirements: Qualification / background in sales / marketing.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
Have technical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel on customer visits and trade events.
Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is an advantage.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with and grow relationships with key customer accounts.
Assist with sales orders, co-ordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Provide product support, troubleshooting, and aftersales service.
Offer warranty support and manage customer queries effectively.
Attend trade shows and represent the company professionally.
Conduct Distributor/Customer site visits.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
